This plastic syringe with thick tip and larger capacity of 60ml (2 oz) is ideal for making spherification caviar. It will dispense small droplets of your spherification mix to create your "pearls" or "caviar". This syringe is not appropriate for making agar spaghetti since the tip is too large to fit the silicone tubes.
